The Baiser Salé Jazz Club is hosting a two-night release party for Christophe Dal Sasso’s new album , “Spirit of 3”, following his outstanding performance at the latest Victoires du Jazz awards. Joining him is the American singer and saxophonist Shekinah Rodz, a multi-instrumentalist originally from Puerto Rico, who has performed at some of Europe’s biggest jazz festivals alongside figures such as Nicholas Payton and Bill Stewart.
Together, they present an eight-voice repertoire drawing on Mediterranean, African and Indian rhythms, carried by rich compositions crafted for big bands, choirs and symphony orchestras.
A repertoire as profound as it is celebratory, designed to send the audience into a trance-like state.
