DEVIENNE / LOUVEL / BOUDRUCHE / DORINA / HUCHARD – THE STONES PROJECT

With The Stones Project, Olivier Louvel on guitar, Yannick Boudruche on vocals, Fabrice Devienne on keyboards, Henri Dorina on bass and Stéphane Huchard on drums take on the Rolling Stones’ legendary repertoire to explore its full richness and reveal new facets. At the crossroads of jazz, funk and Afro music, the tracks are reinvented through inventive arrangements, powerful grooves and a contagious collective energy. Without ever losing the rebellious spirit or the power of the lyrics that made the band legendary, this reinterpretation opens up a new space for creativity and freedom, where improvisation rubs shoulders with the intensity of rock. A jubilant encounter between timeless songs and musical worlds that make them resonate in a whole new way.
