#LaPetiteHeure By... ELVIN BIRONIEN  / CARL HENRI MORISSET  / DYLAN CHOISI

Carl Henri Morisset, Dylan Choisy and Elvin Bironien have formed a new trio centred on the great classics of Caribbean jazz, which they reinterpret using the conventions of contemporary jazz. Their approach emphasises restraint and elegance: each theme is handled with precision, leaving room for improvisation to breathe. The styles that run through this repertoire – biguine, mazurka and gwoka – are approached with a contemporary sensibility, balancing refined composition with freedom of performance. A legacy carefully preserved, where every note finds its place.
