NERIJHE

Nerijhe takes you on a journey into a colourful world, infused with gospel, soul, funk, jazz and pure energy!

A singer-songwriter originally from Martinique, Nerijhe discovered music and its spiritual dimension through her passion for the piano, which she developed alongside Eric Dannenmüller. Guided by her love of music, singing naturally became a central part of her life. With her sensitivity in full flow, she moves seamlessly from soul to gospel and on to the jazz of Ella, Duke and Ray. Nor does she hesitate to borrow funk’s boundless energy or to add a touch of French flair to her sound. She lent her voice to Carlotta Valdès for nearly six years before revealing part of her mystery.
