Originally from Martinique, Joanne Dolly radiates a rare intensity on the Paris stage! Singer, double bass player and flautist, she navigates between genres with disconcerting ease. Her universe is an organic fusion of gospel, jazz and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, where every note breathes freedom and passion. 
On stage, she lives, she shares, she transports, and weaves a link between jazz, soul and Caribbean vibes. Her double bass becomes a dance partner, her voice a unifying wave. Each performance is transformed into a collective ritual somewhere between celebration, trance and prayer. 
Nurtured by legendary figures such as Sarah Vaughan, Carmen McRae and Esperanza Spalding, Joanne has nevertheless forged a singular, sunny identity, anchored in the moment.
