A Greek percussionist and composer, he draws on the popular music of the Mediterranean as well as contemporary jazz, electronic textures and free forms of improvisation. His career path matches his artistic quest: trained in Athens, then New York and Paris, he is gradually establishing himself as a singular voice on the European jazz scene.
