It flows, it bounces, it intertwines: François Constantin's Jam du Lundi explores fusion around the piano, without borders. François Constantin on percussion and lead drives the movement, surrounded by Florian Berret on piano, Laurent Salzard on bass and Raphaël Pannier on drums.
Here, the piano is at the centre of the game: harmonies that travel, grooves that transform, textures that slide from jazz to funk to more modern colours. Dialogue and improvisation in real time, supported by a solid, perceptive rhythm section.
More than just a concert, the jam is an opportunity to discover outstanding musicians and see them improvise together. It's the feeling of taking part in a unique moment. An hour-long concert lays the foundations and launches the evening's theme, then a jam takes us through the night.
