Three musicians with complementary backgrounds have come together to reinvent jazz-fusion with contagious energy. Formed at CMDL, this trio from Normandy draws its inspiration from jazz, electro, funk and African sounds, creating a musical universe as rich as it is generous. Between spellbinding improvisations and intoxicating melodies, Akinroots celebrates cultural diversity and emotion, without ever sacrificing the cohesion of the group: on stage, the three musicians weave a unique alchemy, where each note tells a story.

Their first album, Multiverse, released in 2024, reflects four years of close collaboration and travel. Their performance, at once spirited and delicate, promises a moment of sharing and escape, where colourful music becomes a universal language.
