Three musicians, one breath. The Trio, led by Pablo Murgier, relies on precise writing to open up wide spaces of freedom, where sound circulates, transforms and becomes tense. The music moves forward in contrasts, between straightforward rhythmic bursts and more restrained zones, always guided by a strong collective identity.

Pablo Murgier's compositions provide the framework for a deeply interactive performance. The pianist drives open forms, which Brazilian drummer Miguel Couto dynamises with a flexible, instinctive rhythmic approach, while double bassist Romain Lécuyer weaves a dense, mobile sound. Nothing is set in stone: everything is built in the moment, listening to each other.
