ARLET FEUILLARD & SAPOCAYA, "AUTOUR DU FORRO"
CONCERT A 21h00
Bring together six musicians brimming with talent and energy in a band with Afro-Brazilian, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean influences, and you get an irresistible musical alchemy. Founded in 2023 by Jamayê Viveiros (trumpet) and Tristan Boulanger (percussion) after an inspiring trip to Brazil, the group stands out for its modern sound that celebrates the traditional rhythms of the Northeast, from Baião to Forró, Maracatu to Afoxé. At Sapocaya, music is a real playground: melodies and rhythms come together spontaneously, with each musician bringing their own unique color to the collective harmony. It's an invitation to joy, dance, and celebration, where influences intersect and intertwine to create a vibrant and lively musical experience. In short, Sapocaya is a group full of vitality, taking the pulse of Brazil past and present to offer free, colorful music, a spicy jazz that calls you to dance! Since 2012, Le Baiser Salé has been opening its doors to young up-and-coming talent! The goal? To offer them a creative laboratory, a setting in which to develop their repertoire, refine their stage presence, experiment freely, test their new compositions, and offer an intimate set. A promising and promising niche where creativity and excitement know no bounds!
