JAM SESSION avec LUDOVIC DE PREISSAC

Swing, groove, collective energy! Two evenings to relive the vibrant universe of the legendary Blue Note label and the hard bop jazz of the 50s and 60s. Masterfully led by pianist Ludovic de Preissac, accompanied by talented saxophonist Sylvain Beuf, Bruno Rousselet on double bass and Stéphane Chandelier on drums, the companions will perform compositions by Horace Silver, Art Blakey, the Adderley brothers, and other major figures of this period. Powerful themes, passionate improvisations and musical complicity that honor the spirit of the Jazz Messengers and the Horace Silver Quintet. Each evening will conclude with an open jam session, inviting musicians and amateurs to share and extend this musical adventure in the spirit of the New York clubs of yesteryear.
