JEFF BOUDREAUX INVITE "THE LAWRENCE SIEBERTH QUARTET"

New Orleans-born jazz pianist Lawrence Sieberth returns to Paris, where he recorded two albums with this quartet of renowned musicians, for the launch of their second album, entitled “Mythology”, featuring a wide range of original compositions from the lyrical and melodic to the energetic and improvised. Thanks to his ease in all registers and his 360° vision of jazz, he takes us into a universe he calls “New New Orleans” - the name of one of his previous albums - accompanied by the crème de la crème of jazz, including fellow New Orleans-born Parisian Jeff Boudreaux, a brilliant artist and prestigious drummer, whose wild musical career has led him to share the stage with artists such as Françoise Hardy, Vincent Ségal and Mélody Gardot, to be invited by the most prestigious orchestras in France and New Orleans, and to play all over the world. On sax is the talented Stéphane Guillaume, who accompanied Dider Lockwood for 5 years and Christian Escoudé for 6, to name but a few, and won the 2009 Jango Reinhardt award for Best French Musician of the Year and Best French Album of the Year. Young talent Etienne Renard completes this quartet, which promises to take us on a journey, but above all to surprise us!
