NATHAN / DOMINIQUE / NOE MOLLET TRIO – FAMILY STUFF
FAMILY STUFF - 21h00
A homemade trio evolving between Rock (a little), Jazz (a lot) and Improvisations (passionately). Nathan, surrounded by his father and brother, create special atmospheres, with a touch of madness, poetry and complicity between the musicians, always guided by the game, in the literal sense. A family affair! Just like them... Nathan Mollet, in residence at Le Baiser Salé this season for his solo project, has been playing the piano since he was tall enough to reach the keyboard! With his father Dominique, a double bass player, he grew up surrounded by musicians and was immersed in the world of jazz from an early age. This enabled him to listen, learn and awaken to this music, and with the help of his piano teacher Emmanuel Garrouste, develop his musical personality. Nurtured by artists such as Snarky Puppy, Avishai Cohen, Jacob Collier, Brad Meldhau, Tigran Hamassyan and Gérald Clayton, he soon tried his hand at composition. A pianist now a fixture on the jazz scene, he shares the stage with many of the renowned musicians who make up the Club's finest hours.
