Marina Gomes Trio

Born in Divinapolis and based in Belo Horizonte, composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist, Marina Gomes draws her inspiration from the rich world of Brazilian samba. His powerful voice, delicate harmonies and the vibration of his rhythm offer the spectators a warm, friendly and festive atmosphere. A central figure in the women’s samba movement in Belo Horizonte, Marina Gomes presents the compositions of her latest album, «Central do Amor», new songs and classical pieces from the samba repertoire. In this concert at Baiser Salé, Marina will be accompanied by the versatile percussions of Emilia Chamone and the virtuoso cavaquinho of Matheus Donato.
